1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

No visible wear, dents, or installation marks
2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Clearance, final sale, or damaged returns

Items returned without original packaging

Custom tool kits or personalized engravings
3. How to Start a Return

Await RMA approval and return instructions within 48 hours
4. Refunds
Once returned and inspected:

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped
5. Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or mis-shipped.
We recommend using a trackable, insured courier.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives with:

Please report it within 72 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll provide a replacement or refund.
7. Exchange Policy
We do not support exchanges at this time. To switch to a different item, return the product and place a new order.
